Stanton Cross Local Centre
NHG acquired a local centre from Vistry, which included outline planning for 34 apartments, 9,000 sq ft of retail space, a nursery and an office building, alongside a convenience store that we have agreed with coop . NHG is currently revisiting the scheme and undertaking value engineering to create a more cost-effective development. Planning is anticipated to be submitted in late 2027, with works expected to commence in mid-2028 and completion targeted for 2029.
